We are a family owned and operated business located in Pennsylvania's scenic Laurel Highlands. Our goal is to offer the freshest, most nutritious, best tasting gluten free baking mixes, using organic whole grains in a dedicated gluten-free facility.



Our Products are Gluten-Free
People have enjoyed our products for years because they taste good and are good for them. For those of you with Celiac Sprue, gluten intolerance, or the desire to take the gluten out of your diet, you'll be happy to know our mixes are also gluten-free. We have four children, one with Celiac disease and one with gluten intolerance, so we understand your struggles and concerns. We operate a dedicated gluten free facility, and conduct ELISA tests to ensure that our products are meeting and exceeding government standards to be gluten-free.

Our Products are Nutritious
We strive to use only the highest quality ingredients. Whole grains and grain alternatives are healthier, but once they are ground, the flour quickly loses its nutritional value. Since we mill the grain and ship it direct to you the next day, we can offer you the highest nutrition. Check out our ingredients. Instead of degermed corn or white rice flour, you'll find buckwheat, brown rice, millet, and ancient quinoa. These grains are packed with nutrition. Quinoa is one of the healthiest grains, providing all the essential amino acids usually found only in animal proteins. Buckwheat (not a wheat!) is high in flavenoids (which protect against disease), fiber, and magnesium. These are much more expensive than other grains, so are not often seen in packaged foods. By shipping direct, we offer you a better product and still keep our prices low.

Our Products have Higher Fiber
Getting enough fiber is a challenge for everyone, but even more for those on a GF diet. Most gluten-free products have white rice as their main or only flour. You don't have to settle for that. All of our mixes are whole grain, so you get the fiber that's usually left out. And we take the time to grind our grain to a fine texture so you don't get the grittiness that comes with some whole grains. We also offer mixes with added fiber. To ensure that this additional fiber is fresh, we store it in small quantities and keep it at optimum temperatures.

Our Products contain Natural and Organic Ingredients
We only use natural ingredients. There are no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives in any of our products. You'll see that some of our products are labeled organic. This means they must consist of a minimum of 95% certified organic ingredients. The other 5% includes ingredients that are not available as organic, such as baking soda or guar gum. Most of our other products are 90 to 94% organic. Using organic ingredients means the ingredients and their growing environment have not been exposed to artificial pesticides and fertilizers, bioengineering, or ionizing radiation. In other words, they're better for you and the environment.

Our Products are Great Tasting
Developing a quality gluten free product that taste great is sometimes a challenge. There are gluten free products on the market that we've tried that turned out, well.. you know what I mean. Our products have been tested over the years at our town's farmer's market where thousands of people visit each week. Many people don't even care that we're a gluten free facility. They just know they like what we make. We won't offer a product unless we feel comfortable with its quality, nutrition, and taste.

Our Products are The Freshest Available
Over time, whole grain flour gains a stale aftertaste. We can offer fresh, great tasting 100% whole grain mixes with no preservatives because we don't grind or mix the ingredients until we receive your order. Then they're mailed direct to you within 24 hours of processing. Bake them right away or store them in your refrigerator or freezer to keep them fresh.
